Terms of Service
Terms of Service for Bennett Rooter: the terms that apply when you use this website.
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service apply to your use of bennettrooter.com. By using the site you agree to them.
What this site does
This website helps you find plumbing and home service. Bennett Rooter is a referral service: we connect you with independent, licensed service providers in your area. We do not perform the work ourselves, and providers are not our employees or agents.
Quotes, prices and work
Information on this site is general. Prices, availability and timelines are confirmed only in a written quote from the provider who will do the work after the job is assessed. Any agreement for work is between you and that provider.
Emergencies
If there is a gas leak, a risk of electric shock or any danger to people, leave the area and call 911 or your utility company first.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, submit false information or try to disrupt it.
Content and reviews
The site's text, design and images belong to us or our licensors. Reviews reflect the experience of the people who wrote them.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, or for work performed by independent providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
