Full-service water heater repair and installation for homes and businesses across the metro, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We work across every part of Idaho Springs, and we know what it takes to keep plumbing and septic systems running right, year-round.
Every technician on our team is licensed, background-checked and trained to treat your home with respect. No surprises and no runaround — you get an upfront, flat-rate price before any work begins.
No hot water, lukewarm water, leaks or strange noises. We test the elements, thermostats, pilot, thermocouple and gas valve to find the failed part and fix it the same day in most cases.
When a tank is leaking from the bottom or past its service life, we replace it with a correctly sized gas or electric unit, bring the connections up to code and haul the old tank away.
A tankless heater gives endless hot water in less space. We size it to your peak demand and handle the gas line, electrical and venting it needs.
Heat pump water heaters move heat instead of making it, using far less electricity than a standard electric tank. We check the space and airflow they need before recommending one.
Five steps from the first call to hot water — the same on every installation.
We look at your household size, hot water use, fuel type, venting and the space the heater sits in, then size the unit so you do not run out of hot water or pay for capacity you never use.
You get a written, flat-rate quote with the options side by side — tank, tankless or hybrid — including what each costs to run, so the choice is yours and the price does not change on the day.
We shut off water and power or gas, drain the old tank, disconnect it safely and carry it out. Floors and walkways are protected the whole time.
The new heater goes in to code: new supply connections, shut-off valve, expansion tank where required, correct venting and a relief valve piped to a safe spot.
We fill and fire the unit, check for leaks and correct temperature, then show you how it works. We handle the permit and inspection where required and register the warranty in your name.
Water Heaters — Idaho Springs, CO
Our licensed technicians diagnose the real problem before quoting, so you do not pay to replace a tank that only needs an element or a thermostat.
We start with the safe homeowner checks, then run a real diagnostic. Electric units get heating element and thermostat tests; gas units get a pilot, thermocouple and gas valve check.
A unit under 8 to 10 years old with one clear failure is usually worth repairing. A unit over 10 years with several problems is usually a better candidate for replacement. You decide.
Most repairs are same-day with parts from the truck, and most replacements are same-day or next-day. We pull the permit where required, register the manufacturer warranty in your name and haul the old tank away.
